What is a subscription tracker for agencies?
A subscription tracker for agencies is a tool that logs every recurring SaaS payment an agency makes — design tools, project management software, AI tools, communication apps — and shows the total monthly cost, upcoming renewal dates, and spend by category. It prevents surprise charges and helps teams cancel tools that are no longer being used.
How does Spendbase calculate my monthly SaaS spend?
Spendbase normalises all billing cycles to a monthly figure. Monthly subscriptions count as-is. Annual subscriptions are divided by 12 to give a monthly equivalent. One-time purchases are excluded. The dashboard shows the combined monthly spend total alongside the count of active subscriptions.
How early does Spendbase send renewal alerts?
By default Spendbase sends renewal alerts 7 days before the next renewal date. You can adjust this window in the Alerts settings — for example, set it to 14 days if you need extra time to decide whether to keep or cancel a tool before it auto-renews.
Can multiple team members see and manage subscriptions?
Yes. On the Pro plan you can add up to 5 seats; on the Agency plan seats are unlimited. Team members with the Admin role can add, edit, and cancel subscriptions. Members with the Member role can view the subscription list. The workspace owner controls all billing and settings.
Is there a free plan to try before paying?
Yes. The free plan supports up to 10 subscriptions and 1 project — no credit card required. Most small agencies can get started and stay on the free plan. When your team or subscription count grows, upgrade to Pro at ₹1,900/month or Agency at ₹4,900/month.
